The apartment is located on the third floor of a house and has its own independent entrance. The apartment is spacious  (90 m²) and includes:

– Three separate bedrooms with large double beds and wardrobes in each room.
– The living room and dining room have access to a private balcony with a view of the sea and the city of Omiš. The balcony contains a large folding awning for protection from the sun along the entire surface.

– In the spacious living room, there are two large, comfortable leather sofas and a leather armchair.
– The kitchen also has independent access to a private, spacious balcony with a view of the sea, the island of Brač, and the town of Omiš. The balcony is equipped with seating and a large tilting, folding parasol.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for eating and drinking and all small and large kitchen appliances, which provides the guest with a pleasant stay:

The apartment contains two separate independent bathrooms with underfloor electric heating:
– One bathroom has a corner shower, while the other has a built-in bathtub.
– The bathroom facilities include a washing machine and a hairdryer.
– The apartment also has an iron and ironing board.

Additional features:
– The apartment is equipped with two large Mitsubishi air conditioners (heating and cooling) and a remote-controlled column fan in each bedroom.
– The apartment has private Wi-Fi internet and a large SMART LED TV that includes satellite programs and Free Netflix.

With prior notice, a cot and a baby feeding chair are available to guests.
